This privacy policy applies to the Site, App and all products and services offered by the Company (collectively, the “Services”).

The Company will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information. Subscription Payments

In order for subscriptions to be collected, the Services require valid credit card details or purchase orders. Both of these payment options will contain sensitive information regarding the User.

In  respect of Credit Card details, the Services do not store the details directly. A secure, third party payment gateway called Checkout.com is used and information regarding the way they handle information can be found via the Services and on the Checkout.com website by clicking here.

The Company may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with the Services. The Website uses “cookies,” and these obtain certain types of information when Users accesses the Website.

How long does the Company retain the information they collect?

The Company will store information; for the duration that a User account is active, to comply with legal obligations, assist dispute resolution or enforce the Companies agreements.

Exceptions

Third Party Integration

Where Users integrate third party software into the Services, the Company cannot be held responsible or accountable for the Privacy Policy of that solution provider. In the event that Users do look to integrate a third party provider, it is the User’s responsibility to understand that provider’s Privacy Policy.
